Full body workout – 10 Workouts to make you fit at home.


Today, We are gonna share with you, the full body workout at home, the various workouts that you can do at your home. Actually One of my close friend had requested me to write a post about full body workout at home, Workouts that we can do at out home or office. In fact there are many people who can’t join a gym due to lack of time, due to their busy schedules, even some of them can’t afford due to financial problem and etc. Well, if you are one of those people, no worries then. We are here with some interesting full body workout for your home that will surely help you in maintaining your physique and make you fit without gym.

For these workouts you have to extract 30-45 minutes from your busy schedule. 30-45 minutes is more than enough.
So from where to start??

First off all we will have some stretching session which includes Arm stretching, chest stretching, back stretching etc.

After completing the stretching session… let move on to your full body workout at home…

Here are various full body workout at home

Jumping jacks

The first workout of various full body workout at home is Jumping Jack. A simple workout to burn your fat.

How To Do:

Stand straight with your feet together and your hands extended towards the side of your thigh. This will be your starting position.
Now jump, and take your feet wide apart, simultaneously raise your arms above your head in a single motion. Now after a short pause take yourself back to the starting position by jumping again.

Jump rope

The Second workout of various full body workout at home is Jump rope. Another quick full body fat melter workout.

How To Do:

Take a skipping rope. Grab it’s both ends with your hands. Keep the rope behind you as you stand straight grabbing both the ends of rope. This will be your starting position.
Now swing the rope forward over your head. Jump over the rope with both feet when it comes close to your toes. (You can also do backward swinging.)

Burpee

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Burpee.

 

How To Do:

Stand with your feet wide apart at shoulder width,and your arms at your sides.
Now bend your knees, and lower your body into a squat. Place your hands on the floor. Shift your weight onto them. jump your feet back and take push up position.

Now keeping your body straight lower your chest towards floor. After short pause push your body up back to the pushup position.  Now Jump your feet back close to your hands again. After that Do jump as high up as you can. This completes one rep.

Push-ups:

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Pushups.  A Good workout to target your chest muscle.

 

How To Do:

Lie prone on the floor supporting your body on you hand and toes. Keep your arms extended and hands should be shoulder width wide. Keep your torso straight. This will be your starting position.

Now keeping your body straight lower your chest towards floor. After short pause push your body up to the starting position.

Chair dips

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Chair Dips. Triceps are worked by this workout.

How To Do:

Take a chair, place it behind you. Hold your hands on the edge of the chair placed behind you. Now place your legs on the floor with your knee bend. This will be your starting position.

Now slowly lower your body towards the floor by bending elbows. After a pause take the body back to the starting position.

Squats

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Squats. Quads and Hamstrings are worked by this.

How To Do:

Stand up with your feet wide apart. you can place your hands behind your head.This will b your starting position.

Keeping your back straight. Start sitting down to the full depth you are able to, quickly reverse the motion until you are back to the starting position.

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Lunges. A good workout to work your legs.

How To Do:

Stand with your torso upright with your hands on your waist. This will be your starting position.

Take a wide step forward and lower your upper body down until your knee shows a 90° angle. After a short pause bring yourself back up to the starting position. Use other feet in next rep.

Crunches

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Crunches. To target your abdomen muscle.

How To Do:

Crunches is one of the most common abdominal exercise.

Lie on your back with knees bent, feet on the floor and hands behind your head. Now raise your head and shoulder towards your stomach. Don’t raise the lower back. It should be stable with the floor.

Plank

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Plank. Another workout to melt your belly fat.

Get into a prone position on the floor, supporting your weight on your toes and forearms.

Keep the body straight for as many time as you can.

Leg ups

The next workout of various full body workout at home is Leg Ups.

How To Do:

Lie with your back straight on the floor and your legs extended in front of you. keep your hands on your waist. This will be your starting position.

Now raise your legs towards the stomach until they make 90° with the floor. After a pause at that position take the legs back to the starting position.


NOTE:

  • Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, taking 10 seconds after to catch your breath and get into position for the next movement.
  • Do a full cycle of the 10 exercises. That’s one round. Repeat two more rounds to complete the full workout.
