1. Side lateral bent:
The first love handles exercise is Side lateral bent. The best one for burning love handles.
Stand up straight with holding dumbbell in your hands. Your feet should be few distance apart. This will b your starting position.
Now keeping your back straight bend only at the waist to the right as far as possible then hold for a second and come back to the starting position as you exhale.
Now repeat the same by bending left Instead.
2. Bicycle crunches:
The second love handles exercise is Bicycle crunches.
Lie on your back with knees bent, feet on the floor and hands behind your head.
Tighten your ab muscles. Now raise your head,shoulder and upper back towards stomach, simultaneously move your left elbow and right knee towards each other while straightening the left leg. Do alternatively.
3. Decline Oblique Crunches:

Put your legs at the end of the declined bench and lie down. Now place your hands slightly behind your head. Don’t lock your fingers behind your head. Now raise the head and upper back towards your stomach while turning your torso towards left and exhale. Now keep the contraction for a second, after that come to the starting position and inhale. Next time turn your torso towards right. Do alternately.
4. The Wood Chop:
The next love handles exercise is the Wood Chop.
Start with your feet shoulder width apart, and your knees slightly bent. With a weight in your hand, start with your arm across your body, holding the weight with both hands next to the opposite hip. This will be your starting position.
Now Bring your arm up and diagonally across your body. After a pause take the arms back to the starting position.
Do the same to the other side of abdominal. Repeat the set for recommended number of repetition.
5. Side Plank:
The next love handles exercise is Side Plank. The most torturing workout for love handles.
Lie on your side and support your body between your elbow(forearms) and knee to your feet. Stay at this position for at least 60 seconds.
Repeat same on other side.
6. Russian Twists:
The next love handles exercise is Russian Twist.Sit on your hips with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. You should be leaning back at a 45 degree angle. You can hold a weight in your hands, or you can choose not to. This will be your starting position.
Now Lift your feet off the ground and cross them at the ankles. Twist to the right and touch the ground next to your hip with the weight or your hand. Twist back to the left and do the same.
