  • What exercises can you recommend for a slim person to do in order to build muscles

    • The first and most important thing is that don’t push yourself to workout daily……..workout thrice a week is enough……
      now the exercises…..
      1. bench press,dumbbell press, butterfly for chest.
      2. pull-ups, lat pull down, seated rowing, and dead-lift for back
      3. biceps curl, dumbbell curl, preacher bench, concentration for biceps
      4. shoulder barbell press, dumbbell press, front raise, lateral raise, for shoulders
      5. squats, leg extension, leg-press and calves exercise for legs
      try to keep distance from cardio.
      and take lot of protein and carbs.
